Reservations

After you have selected the apartment(s) that you wish to rent, please use the following form to make your reservation. Our reservation procedures are as follows:

  1. First complete the form below, and submit it by pressing the submit button.

  2. After you submit the information requested in this reservation form, we will inform you by e-mail as to whether the apartments you have chosen are available for the time period you requested.

  3. If the apartments are available for the selected time period, you will then be instructed by email where to mail or wire the 30% deposit payment required, and the date by which we must receive the deposit payment for the apartment and time period you have selected. Please note that we do not accept credit cards.

  4. Upon our receiving the deposit payment, we will then confirm your reservation. If you wish to cancel, you must notify us at least two weeks before the check in date specified.

  5. The balance of your rental payment (70%) is due upon your arrival at the apartment, prior to check in.

By submitting this form, I, the person submitting this form, as identified above, accept the terms and conditions listed below:

I agree and understand that a reservation is only made after Oasis Antao Apartments has received my timely 30% deposit payment, and has sent me confirmation of same.

I agree that the 30% deposit payment is made for the purpose of ensuring that the selected apartment will be reserved for the period specified provided that the deposit payment is received by Oasis Antao Apartments within the time period stated by Oasis Antao Apartments in their email indicating the availability of the selected apartment.

I agree that if I fail to cancel the reservation, and do not make the 70% payment, reflecting the balance amount due, on the check in day that the 30% deposit payment made will be the charge paid by me to Oasis Antao Apartments for having kept the selected apartments open.  In this event, I will not be entitled to receive any refund of the deposit amount.

I agree and understand that should I wish to reschedule my reservation, that I must inform Oasis Antao Apartments at least two weeks prior to the check in date.

I also acknowledge that I am responsible for any damages or items removed from the apartment during my stay.

I am aware that Oasis Antao Apartments must be advised of my arrival and departure, as this allows time for the preparation of my apartment. I understand that arrivals should be scheduled between 3:00pm and 5:00pm, and that apartments should be vacated on the day of departure by 11:00am.
